Store Policies

Axion Industries offers the following Returns Policy:


• All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it's original saleable packaging, All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned.
• Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.
• All returns must be sent Prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for it's full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS. If you send something Freight Collect to Axion Industries, it will be refused by the Receiving Department. If we did not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be charge for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service utilized.
• No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted.
• No return or exchange on Light Bulbs, Electrical Items, Used merchandise, Used JDM items or Special Order items.
• No return or exchange on Wheels and Tires that were shipped mounted and balanced.
• All Returns after a 24 hour period are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee.
• No refund on Shipping charges.

All refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, some items can not be cancelled once placed. If you need a part fast please contact us first via email, due to Covid19 shipping times are always changing.
